Like many we have a handful of friends that are real estate agents. We didn’t want to do business with friends and were lucky enough to land in Lynne Galloway’s hands. I could write a book on all of the reasons why we think Lynne is so great at what she does but for the purpose of this testimonial I ll keep it to these 5:

1.  Lynne more than anything else wants to help your real estate dreams come true. She will bend over backwards to do whatever possible to help you achieve your goals. 

 2.  Her local knowledge is incredible. We wanted to buy a house in Wrightsville Beach for the school district and she knew of houses that were coming to market even before they hit the MLS. In this hot market especially at the beach that was a huge advantage!  We also wanted a great deal so she would send us detailed reports on homes that she thought could be purchased for well under asking and the reasons why. 

 3.  This may be the biggest reason of any to choose Lynne to represent you. Her accessibility knows no end. I would text or email Lynne way beyond the hours of 8-5 and she would always get right back to me. Again with the market being so hot right now sometimes you have to act quick. Having an agent that is willing to put in an offer at 9 o’clock at night can be the difference in getting the house or not. 

 4.  Stress Free. If you haven’t bought or sold a home recently maybe you have forgotten how stressful it is. Lynne knows exactly what to do to really eliminate virtually all of the stress on her clients. If you need an answer to something 9 times out of 10 she has it within the hour. 

 5.  Trust. Trust to me is something that is earned not given. I seldom write any recommendations for anyone because it can only come back to bite you. Lynne has earned my trust and I would recommend her anyone for their real estate needs.
